Abstract
The results of two staking trials with sweet potato cv. 'Faunalea', a cultivar that climbs well unassisted, are presented and discussed. It was found that staking could significantly increase the yield of tubers. Applied nitrogen depressed yield of tubers and significantly increased the yield of vines.
