Abstract
In a study of the effect of including 0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 per cent of citrus meal on the digestibility of a concentrate diet fed to sheep, the digestibility coefficients were highest at the 20 per cent level of inclusion and were: dry matter, 86·9; organic matter, 89.6; ether extract, 88·6; crude protein, 88·8; crude fibre 86·9; nitrogen-free extract, 91·7; calcium 68·6; and phosphorus, 75·0 per cent.
