Abstract

This Paper evaluates the extension supervision and management training programme as offered to agricultural managers, extension managers and cooperative organization managers in Nigeria. Efforts were made to evaluate the content and effectiveness of the training programme using the Joyce and Showers educational impact model. It was found that the immediate and long-range benefits of the programme far outweigh the limitations.
