The Unimportance of the English- Speaking Caribbean in US Foreign Policy as told by Presidents and Secretaries of State

Abstract

An examination of the writings of Presidents and Secretaries of State reveals very little mention of the English Speaking Caribbean, thus lending support to the view that the region is relatively unimportant in US foreign policy.
