Structural Change in University Financing: A Discussion Paper on the Potential Magnitude and Possible Responses

Abstract

This paper seeks to provide a measure of the quantum change required in the quality of initiatives which the University must take to deal with the pattern of financing which appears to be required in the light of the evolving economic circumstances which confront contributing member Governments of The University of the West Indies and the new priorities which they have to address.
