Abstract

Deals with Canadian competition policy and recent experiences in enforcing and administering competition law. Additionally discusses the role and guiding principles of the Competition Bureau and its approach to promoting maximum conformity with the Competition Act and explains the fair marketplace aspects of Canadian competition law.
