This paper is an attempt to examine the role of the teacher in the 21st century. It suggests that the teacher of the 21st century must be fully cognizant of the rapid changes that are taking place in the international arena. The curriculum that is to be taught depends on one's perception of the future. Thus, there will be an examination of some predictions and how these changes may affect the content and delivery of the curriculum.Downloads
