Abstract

The principles underpinning the pre-service emerging reflective teacher training (PERTT) model were applied and quantitatively and qualitatively explored in a sample of Barbadian teachers, and the findings highlight the importance of the psychosocial mechanisms through which an ‘inclusive philosophy’ in a pre-service teacher training framework can emerge.
