Carlyle Best is a Librarian at the Sidney Martin Library, Cave Hill Campus of the University of the West Indies (UWI). He is the current Head of the Technical Service Department and the library's Special Collections Unit.

Camille Cheddie is a Librarian at the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT). She has worked in schools and public libraries. In addition to her current administrative duties in the library, she teaches Information Literacy at the UTT San Fernando Campus.

Jennine A.V. Knight is a Cataloguer at the Sidney Martin Library, Cave Hill Campus, The University of the West Indies. She is interested in strategic planning and has published on the administration of Caribbean libraries.

Marilyn Kumar is the Campus Librarian at the Corinth Campus of the University of Trinidad and Tobago and has held this position since 2007. Her research interests include academic librarianship and documenting Indo-Trinidadian cultural heritage. Areas she has presented on at conferences.

Natasha Grant is a Library Assistant at the Alma Jordan Library, The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. She has spent a number of years working with the acquisition of Caribbean serials and enjoys the challenge of locating rare serial publications.

Beverley A Wood is a Librarian at the Sidney Martin Library of the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus. Her interests include technical services functions in libraries, Web 2.0/3.0 technologies and libraries and the practice of librarianship in the Caribbean.

Aisha Baptiste is a Library Assistant in the West Indiana and Special Collections Department of The Alma Jordan Library, UWI. She has an avid interest in historical research and processing special collections.

Karen Eccles is a Librarian in West Indiana and Special Collections Department at the Alma Jordan Library, UWI. She has done extensive research on Trinidadian women during World War II. A topic which formed the basis of her doctoral work in history.
